In this video, I’ll show you how I made this no sew tulle tutu skirt.  I used it as a photo prop in my daughter’s one month milestone photos, but you can make this in any size or length by adjusting the calculated measurements.  This tutu is perfect for photos or dress up play.

This project comes together fast with just a few items: scissors, elastic, tulle, and either a single safety pin OR thread.  It’s a no sew project if you are comfortable using a safety pin as the waistband closure. This is fine if you are using it as a photo prop or for supervised play. If you are going to use it for a more long-term wearable item, you’ll want to do a few stitches to hold the waistband elastic in place – it will become a nearly-no-sew project!
