Stuffed Felt Strawberry
I’ve been living in my house since December, but I still have boxes of things to unpack. The end is nearly in sight! I uncovered this little cutie the other day and I just had to share it with you all.
This is a little hand-sewn, stuffed felt strawberry I made about 10 years ago. I went through a phase of hand sewing that I really want to get back into. I’m a slave to the sewing machine nowadays, only hand sewing when absolutely necessary. The strawberry is made out of pale pink and green felt, and the I embroidered the seeds with silver-coloured embroidery floss.
It’s stuffed with polyfill and has a square bottom.
A pink strawberry is a bit unconventional. I wouldn’t want to eat one that was pink, but it sure is cute!
