I try to eat salads often as a healthy filler food, but green lettuce gets boring fast. This salad is a no-lettuce salad that is full of flavour.
Adjust the amounts to your taste. This makes one snack-sized salad.
- 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced
- 2 stalks of celery, diced
- half a cucumber, sliced then halved
- half an orange sweet pepper, diced
- 2 green onions, diced
- Italian dressing
Step 1: combine ingredients; toss to coat with dressing.
Step 2: eat!
To make this salad even more filling, try topping it with nuts or hemp seeds.
